The SVBB Law Offices celebrated its 41st anniversary last August 19 to 22, 2017 in Iloilo City. Partners, lawyers and staff from the head and regional offices converged in Guimaras Island to participate in the 3-day event.
The anniversary celebration was highlighted by various activities designed to enhance the employees’ morale and encourage collaboration and teamwork between and among SVBB lawyers and staff. The activities included a Fun Run at the Iloilo River Esplanade in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, island hopping in the islets of San Roque, Nueva Valencia, and a detour of the most visited places in Guimaras such as the Trappist Monastery, the San Lorenzo windmills, and the Guimaras Icon.
A mass at the La Paz Church was celebrated with special intentions for one of the firm’s affiliates, Apostleship of the Sea (AoS). The SVBB lawyers and staff also visited some famous landmarks in the city such as Santa Barbara Parish Church & Convent and the Centennial Giant Flag – all located in the quaint Municipality of Santa Barbara, the historic Molo Church, and the old heritage house Casa Mariquit.
